2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

EMA Housing is a company specialized in eco-friendly cleaning services that offers:

  • Residential cleaning (houses, apartments, duplexes)
  • Commercial cleaning (offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities)
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Vacation rental property cleaning
  • Deep cleaning and maintenance services

3. BOOKINGS AND CONTRACTING

3.1 Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email
  • Accurate information about the property and requested services is required
  • Service confirmation is subject to schedule availability

3.2 Estimates and Quotes

  • Quotes are based on information provided by the client
  • Prices may vary according to the actual condition of the property at the time of service
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from their issuance

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Rates

  • Prices are established according to service type, property size, and frequency
  • Rates are available on our website and may be modified without prior notice
  • Additional charges will apply for special services not included in the standard package

4.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Payment must be made upon completion of service, unless previously agreed
  • For regular commercial services, specific payment terms may be established

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds will be granted for satisfactorily completed services
  • In case of dissatisfaction, we offer free re-cleaning within 24 hours

5. PROPERTY ACCESS

  • If no one is present, clear access instructions are required
  • EMA Housing is not responsible for lost keys or access problems

5.2 Security

  • All our employees are verified and have clean background checks
  • We are fully insured and bonded
  • We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients

6. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

6.1 Cancellation Policy

  • 24 business hours’ notice is required for cancellations
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours may incur charges
  • We do not operate on weekends for last-minute changes

6.2 Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Advance notice is required to guarantee new dates
  • Frequent changes may result in administrative charges

7. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

7.1 Services Not Included

  • Cleaning of hazardous or contaminated areas
  • Handling of biohazardous materials
  • Cleaning of flood or fire damage
  • Pet care (although we respect and protect them)

7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
  • Valuable items must be insured by the client

8. PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT

8.1 Cleaning Supplies

  • We use eco-friendly and safe products
  • All supplies are included in the service
  • We can use client-specific products upon request

8.2 Equipment

  • We provide all necessary equipment
  • Our equipment is in optimal working condition
  • We use specialized equipment for specific services

9. PETS

  • We welcome pets in the home
  • We follow specific instructions regarding pet care
  • Owners must inform about aggressive pets or those with special needs
  • We are not responsible for pets that escape during service

10. COMPLAINTS AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

  • We guarantee customer satisfaction with our services
  • We offer free re-cleaning if we do not meet standards
  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service
